Sales Officer – Job Profile
Role Summary:
The Sales Officer is responsible for driving business growth by managing relationships with channel partners, promoting new products, and expanding the company’s market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with existing channel partners for order processing and follow-ups
- Promote and market new products to dealers and distributors
- Visit channel partners regularly to generate new orders and strengthen relationships
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the distribution network
- Achieve sales targets and support overall business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback from the market to improve products and strategies
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English / HIndi / Tamil)
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Good negotiation and convincing skills
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Basic knowledge of sales reporting and documentation
Experience:
- 4–5 years in sales / channel management (preferred)
