Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise laboratory technicians and staff.
- Manage daily laboratory activities and workflow.
- Ensure proper sample collection and testing procedures.
- Maintain and monitor laboratory equipment.
- Ensure laboratory safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation.
- Manage laboratory inventory and supplies.
- Coordinate with doctors, researchers, or management.
MINIMUM 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
