Senior Service Advisor – Maruti Authorized Service Center (Hosur)
Location: Hosur
We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our leading Maruti Authorized Service Center in Hosur.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service from vehicle reception to delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose customer concerns and coordinate with technicians for accurate fault identification.
- Plan, monitor, and ensure timely completion of service and repair jobs.
- Supervise workshop floor operations and maintain smooth workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and train the team of Service Advisors to achieve operational excellence.
- Coordinate with technicians, spare parts, and workshop teams for efficient job execution.
- Ensure adherence to Maruti Suzuki service standards and workshop processes.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective resolutions.
- Maintain service quality, productivity, and workshop discipline.
- Stay updated with new vehicle technologies, service procedures, and product launches, and actively participate in training programs.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized automobile dealership/workshop (Maruti experience preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of automobile service, diagnostics, and fault finding.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven experience in workshop floor supervision and team leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple service advisors and drive team performance.
- Good planning, coordination, and time management skills.
- Smart, proactive, and result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, attend training programs, and adapt to the latest industry updates.
Preferred: Experience in a Maruti Suzuki Authorized Service Center or any leading automobile dealership.
