Role Objective
The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring interior design projects from design handover to final completion. The role ensures timely execution, quality compliance, cost control, and seamless coordination between clients, designers, vendors, factory, and site teams
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Scheduling & Execution Planning
- Prepare and follow site-level execution schedules
- Plan installation sequencing in coordination with site teams
- Track daily and weekly site progress
- Identify execution risks and escalate delays proactively
2. Site Readiness & Coordination
- Ensure site readiness before installation activities begin
- Coordinate availability of access, storage space, and utilities at site
- Align installers and supervisors for smooth workflow
3. Installation & Site Monitoring
- Supervise interior and modular installation works at site
- Ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate installation teams for timely completion
- Monitor workmanship and finishing quality
4. Quality Control & Snag Management
- Conduct regular site inspections during execution
- Prepare snag and punch lists
- Coordinate rectification and rework with installation teams
- Ensure snag clearance before final handover
5. Client Coordination (Execution Phase)
- Act as the primary contact for clients during execution
- Share progress updates and installation schedules
- Coordinate client site visits and walkthroughs
- Address execution-related concerns and ensure resolution
6. Vendor & Installer Coordination (Site Level)
- Coordinate site installation teams and service vendors
- Plan manpower allocation and installation timelines
- Ensure adherence to site discipline, safety, and timelines
- Escalate manpower or execution issues when required
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site-level records:
- Installation checklists
- Snag lists
- Site progress photos
- Update project status in CRM or project tracking systems
- Submit regular execution progress reports
8. Project Handover Support
- Coordinate final site readiness for handover
- Assist in final walkthroughs with clients
- Ensure execution scope is completed as per approved deliverables
- Support completion sign-offs and handover documentation
Skills & Competencies
- Strong site coordination and follow-up abilities
- Working knowledge of interior execution and modular installation
- Ability to read and interpret approved drawings
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Problem-solving and on-site decision support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
