Job Summary
We are hiring an Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth functioning across departments. Freshers with good organizational skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and record maintenance
- Manage office correspondence — emails, calls, and courier/postal communication
- Maintain and update resident, staff, and visitor records
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility needs and supplies
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and staff duty rosters
- Support procurement and inventory tracking of office/facility supplies
- Ensure smooth front-office operations and handle walk-in enquiries
- Assist management with reports, data entry, and general office coordination
Requirements
- Freshers may apply; prior admin/office experience is a plus
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is a plus)
- Basic computer literacy — MS Office/Google Workspace, email handling
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Polite, patient, and responsible attitude — comfortable working in an elder care environment
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
