Biofrost is India's first cryotherapy-based pain relief brand, offering innovative cold therapy products trusted by physiotherapists, orthopedic doctors, sports professionals, and active individuals across the country. We are expanding our field sales team and looking for motivated sales professionals who enjoy building relationships and growing business on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit physiotherapy clinics, orthopedic doctors, and healthcare professionals across your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, and clinic staff.
- Generate new B2B orders and develop repeat business from existing accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and distribute samples to prospective customers.
- Track daily visits, sales activities, and order pipelines through company reporting systems.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of field sales experience (pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare, or FMCG preferred).
- Comfortable travelling extensively within Mumbai.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for reporting and communication.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; Marathi is an advantage.
