Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the EdTech or education sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Conduct sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure effective lead management and conversion.
- Support team members in handling objections and closing admissions.
- Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve enrollment results.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the admission process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in EdTech, Education, or Inside Sales.
- Prior experience in a Team Leader or Senior Sales role preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
