Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman (2D) to prepare accurate and detailed architectural and construction drawings for residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills and the ability to coordinate with architects, engineers, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural working drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
- Develop foundation, column, beam, slab, staircase, and roof layout drawings.
- Prepare electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, and finishing layouts.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Revise drawings based on client, architect, and site requirements.
- Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Coordinate with project and site teams for drawing requirements.
Mandatory Skills
- Expert-level knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
- Working drawings and construction detailing
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Basic knowledge of construction standards
- MS Office
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of BOQ and quantity estimation
- Basic SketchUp/Revit knowledge
- Understanding of construction drawings and detailing
