Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month + Accommodation +Food ( In the Factory)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Factory Accountant to manage daily accounting operations related to factory activities, including inventory, production costs, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounts along with basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records of factory transactions
- Handle inventory accounting, stock verification, and reconciliation
- Monitor production costs and prepare cost sheets
- Manage purchase entries, vendor payments, and expense tracking
- Prepare GST data and assist in return filings
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
- Support in monthly closing and MIS reporting
- Coordinate with factory and accounts team for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (factory/manufacturing preferred)
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation
- Good analytical and organizational skills
