Role Overview
Leroc CX Tech Ltd is looking for a results driven Business Development Manager to expand business opportunities, build strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth across key verticals.
The role will focus on the following categories:
- Retail Experiences
- Events & Trade Shows
- Branding & Marketing
- Digital Marketing Services
- Design Services & Retainers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Present customized solutions, proposals, and commercial offers to clients.
- Build long term relationships with CXOs, brand managers, retail leaders, and key decision makers.
- Collaborate with internal creative, production, digital, and operations teams.
- Drive recurring revenue opportunities through long term design retainers.
- Track market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and regular sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Design, Technology, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, branding, experiential marketing, exhibitions, retail solutions, digital services, or related industries.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Existing network in Hyderabad or South India preferred.

- Ability to understand client requirements and position suitable solutions.
- Experience with branding, experiential events, retail experiences, digital services, and design solutions.
- Self-motivated, target driven, and commercially focused.
