We’re looking for a highly ambitious Full Stack AI Developer who loves building products, experimenting with AI, and shipping fast. You’ll work directly with founders, own features end-to-end, and help shape the next generation of AI-native software products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end web applications, customer-facing products, internal tools, dashboards, and automation systems using modern full-stack technologies, taking ownership from ideation to production.
- Build and integrate AI-powered solutions using LLMs, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, AI agents, and workflow automation to solve real-world business problems.
- Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to rapidly prototype, test, launch, and continuously enhance product features while optimizing performance, scalability, usability, and customer experience.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, databases, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, security, and system reliability across AWS, GCP, or similar platforms to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Drive product growth through analytics, user behavior tracking, experimentation, AI-assisted development tools, and data-driven improvements based on customer feedback and business objectives.
Must-Haves:
* 1–2 years of experience building production-grade web applications.
* Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Experience with React or Next.js.
* Experience building backend APIs and integrating third-party services.
* Familiarity with AI tools, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and modern AI workflows.
* Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, or AI agents.
* Ability to independently ship features from concept to deployment.
* Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
