The Education Counsellor is responsible for counselling students and parents about various competitive examination courses offered by Winner Institute, such as Banking, SSC, Railway, Insurance, Police Bharti, and other government exam preparation programs. The role focuses on converting enquiries into admissions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, telephone enquiries, website leads, and social media leads.
- Explain course features, fee structure, scholarship programs, and batch schedules.
- Conduct career guidance sessions for students.
- Follow up with prospective students until admission.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain enquiry, follow-up, and admission records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding new batches and student requirements.
- Organize seminars, workshops, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Build relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions for student outreach.
- Resolve student and parent queries professionally.
- Collect admission documents and complete the enrolment process.
- Support retention by maintaining regular communication with students
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
