Full Stack Developer (2 – 3 Years) | ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month | Remote
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, React, Next.js, Docker, and AWS. You will be responsible for developing scalable backend APIs, building high-performance frontend applications using Next.js, and strengthening the overall architecture of our fast-growing hyperlocal marketplace platform. A clear understanding of both Monolithic and Microservices architecture is expected to support smooth scalability across the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
- Build scalable and SEO-friendly frontend applications using Next.js
- Develop REST APIs and microservices-based components
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB schemas and indexing
- Implement seamless frontend-backend integration
- Handle server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes in Next.js
- Manage Docker containers and environment configurations
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, EKS, etc.)
- Integrate internal modules and third-party services
- Debug, optimize, and improve system performance (both frontend and backend)
- Collaborate closely with mobile, DevOps, and product teams
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Node.js / Express.js
- Solid expertise in TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB
- Strong hands-on experience in Next.js (SSR, SSG, API Routes, middleware, routing)
- Good understanding of React fundamentals and modern frontend architecture
- Strong containerization skills using Docker
- Good understanding of Monolithic and Microservices architecture
- Working knowledge of AWS cloud services
- Familiarity with Git and REST API standards
- Understanding of performance optimization and scalable application design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant technical background
- 2–3 years of full stack development experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
