The company deals in products such as waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives, sealants, admixtures, grouting chemicals, repair mortars, epoxy systems, and industrial chemicals.
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Representative to promote and sell construction chemical products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites, meeting contractors/builders, generating leads, developing dealer networks, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit construction sites, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and dealers regularly.
- Promote construction chemical products including:
- Waterproofing chemicals
- Tile adhesives
- Grouts & sealants
- Admixtures
- Repair mortars
- Epoxy & flooring products
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and site trials.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical and logistics teams for smooth execution.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain daily sales reports and visit reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Field sales and B2B sales knowledge
- Ability to build dealer and contractor networks
- Basic understanding of construction materials/products
- Good presentation and relationship management skills
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline
- MBA/Marketing background preferred
Experience
- 0–3 years in field sales, construction chemicals, building materials, paints, waterproofing, or industrial products
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
