Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and prospective clients to showcase our decor products and collections.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them toward the right design and decor solutions.
- Meet or exceed performance targets through active customer engagement.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and positive attitude on the showroom floor.
- Learn product details and features to confidently answer customer queries.

Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills (Fluency in Malayalam is required; English is a plus).

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible with scheduled hours.
- Open to working flexible shifts, including weekends.

Supplemental Pay Types:
