Job Summary
We are looking for organized and responsible Office Assistants to support daily administrative and operational activities. If you have good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage office tasks efficiently, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
- Handle data entry and update company records as required.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and other administrative activities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies and equipment.
- Assist management with routine office tasks and reporting.
Eligibility
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and internet usage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team environment.
- Prior experience in office administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- No specific degree is required.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
