Datastride Analytics Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing product company building AI and data-driven solutions for global customers. We are looking for a hands-on Fractional CISO to establish and scale our security program while enabling rapid product innovation.
Role Overview
As our Fractional CISO, you will work closely with the founders, engineering, DevOps, and product teams to build a secure-by-design culture. You will define the security roadmap, implement practical security controls, support customer security requirements, and ensure compliance without slowing product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the company's cybersecurity strategy and roadmap.
Build and implement security controls across cloud infrastructure, applications, endpoints, and SaaS platforms.
Secure AWS/Azure/GCP environments and modern cloud-native applications.
Drive DevSecOps practices and integrate security into CI/CD pipelines.
Lead ISO 27001, SOC 2, and customer security compliance initiatives.
Implement IAM, MFA, EDR/XDR, SIEM, vulnerability management, and incident response processes.
Conduct application and cloud security reviews, penetration testing, and risk assessments.
Develop security policies, standards, and awareness programs.
Partner with customers on security questionnaires, audits, and due diligence.
Advise leadership on cyber risks, product security, and security investments.
Requirements
10+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 3–5 years in a CISO, Head of Security, or Security Leadership role.
Proven experience securing SaaS or product-based organizations.
Hands-on expertise in AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, IAM, DevSecOps, SIEM, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management.
Strong understanding of application security, secure SDLC, API security, and cloud security best practices.
Experience implementing ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are preferred.
