Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Engineer with a strong track record and a genuine passion for selling technology and industrial solutions to senior executives.
You will be responsible for driving sales by targeting new prospects and cultivating existing customer relationships to achieve high renewal rates and maximum customer satisfaction. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to acquire new customers, drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling, and ensure long-term customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and acquire new business prospects in the designated territory.
- Nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and high renewal rates.
- Deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations to senior executives.
- Collaborate with the internal teams to align product capabilities with customer needs.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, MBA, or Graduate with relevant technical sales background.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer specifically in the Cranes or Industrial Products industry (Mandatory).
- Skills:
- Proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions.
- Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior management.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Travel: Must be willing to travel extensively for field sales and client site visits.
Pay: ₹241,245.77 - ₹705,104.95 per year
