Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate hospital staff, including nurses, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure all operational work.
- Manage conflict resolution and address staff concerns.
- Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient satisfaction and Housekeeping staff performance.
- Participate in quality improvement and risk management activities
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff.
- Foster a culture of safety, respect, and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in hospital management or supervision.
