Looking for an experienced Primary School HOS
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of School (Primary Section) to lead our institution towards excellence in education. The ideal candidate will be responsible for academic leadership, faculty management, curriculum development and overall administration of the primary section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the section.
- Ensure effective implementation of curriculum.
- Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide teachers.
- Maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Handle parent communication and student progress reports.
- Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- B.Ed / ECCE / Montessori trained (Master’s preferred).
- EYFS curriculum experience is added advantage.
- 5–8 years teaching experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
