Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Associate with approximately 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, conducting HR discussions, rolling out offers, and supporting employee onboarding.
This role requires someone who can independently coordinate hiring processes while also supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and onboarding activities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles within the organization.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and campus hiring initiatives.
Screen resumes, conduct HR screening interviews, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication, interview feedback, offer roll-out, and pre-joining coordination.
Support onboarding and joining processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee joining formalities.
Conduct orientation sessions for new employees.
Track training schedules, attendance, and onboarding progress.
Maintain onboarding documentation and employee records.
HR Operations
Maintain HR databases, employee records, contracts, and trackers.
Support attendance, leave records, payroll inputs, and probation reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR documentation.
Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
Address employee queries and support a positive work culture.
Assist with employee feedback and engagement initiatives.
Coordination & Administration
Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
Support HR projects and other organizational initiatives as required.

Qualifications
MBA / Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations, with exposure to the complete hiring process through onboarding.
Experience conducting HR screening interviews and coordinating recruitment independently is preferred.
Fresh postgraduates with exceptional internship experience in recruitment may also be considered.
