· Operational Management
- Supervise hospital operations during duty hours.
- Coordinate across departments including nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
- Monitor patient flow, admissions, and bed occupancy for optimal utilization.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and NABH standards.
· Patient Experience & Service Excellence
- Address patient and attendant concerns promptly and professionally.
- Resolve service-related issues and escalations.
- Monitor patient feedback and initiate corrective actions.
- Ensure a positive patient experience throughout the care journey.
· Emergency & Incident Management
- Act as the first operational responder during emergencies.
- Coordinate disaster management and emergency response activities.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior management.
- Prepare incident reports and ensure timely closure of action items.
· Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Conduct regular hospital rounds to identify operational issues.
- Monitor cleanliness, infection control, and patient safety practices.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and audits.
· Revenue & Administrative Oversight
- Supervise billing, discharge processes, and patient documentation.
- Ensure smooth admission and discharge coordination.
- Support revenue cycle processes and address operational bottlenecks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
