Job Title: Home Care Nurse Location: Patient’s Home / Assigned Area (in Coimbatore) Experience :0 - 3 Years Employment Type: Full‑Time : Shifts: Day/Night as per plan
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care as per care plan
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition
- Administer medications, injections, IVs, and wound care
- Assist with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate records and report changes
- Educate patients/families on treatment and hygiene
- Ensure infection control and safety standards
- Coordinate with doctors and allied staff
- Offer emotional support and respond to emergencies
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Nursing with valid license
- Prior home‑care/clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
- Flexible for shifts, including nights
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with elderly, post‑operative, or chronically ill patients
- Knowledge of basic life support and emergency procedures
- Skilled in wound care, catheter care, feeding tubes
- Strong documentation and reporting ability
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
