Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site at our Nagpur office, supporting business growth and client engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new leads, presenting services to prospective clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves designing and executing marketing campaigns, managing promotional activities, and collaborating with the design team to align messaging with project offerings. The specialist will handle inquiries, provide professional customer service, track sales performance, and prepare regular reports to management. Training clients or team members on service offerings, participating in networking events, and contributing to brand-building initiatives are also key parts of the role.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand requirements, and provide a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and manage pipelines effectively.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients or team members on services, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in marketing activities, including basic digital marketing, campaign coordination, and brand promotion, is beneficial.
- Background in architecture, interior design, real estate, or related industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
