Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Success Manager with a strong background in Interior, Architecture, Construction, Signage, Branding, or related project-based industries.
The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, resolving client concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements, expectations, and project scope.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, project teams, production, procurement, and installation teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Provide regular project updates and address client queries and concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate site visits, measurements, approvals, design discussions, and project-related requirements.
- Ensure client requirements are properly communicated to the respective internal teams.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure commitments and project timelines are met.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and collect feedback.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, additional projects, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain proper records of client communication, project status, and follow-ups.
- Participate in client meetings, project review meetings, and presentations.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from project initiation to completion and handover.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Project Coordination, Account Management, or similar roles.
- Candidates with strong experience in Interior, Architecture, Construction, Signage, Branding, or Project Execution will be given preference.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
