We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Body Shop Advisor to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between customers and the body shop, ensuring smooth handling of vehicle repair processes, excellent customer service, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and inspect vehicle body damage.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain repair procedures, timelines, and costs.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and approvals.
- Open job cards and maintain accurate service records.
- Communicate regularly with customers regarding repair progress.
- Coordinate with technicians and body shop team for timely completion.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
- Promote additional body care and value-added services.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience in automotive body shop/service advisory role is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and job card management.
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
