Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and result-oriented Investment Advisor (Real Estate) to guide clients in making profitable property investment decisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client financial goals, suggesting suitable investment opportunities, and ensuring maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client investment goals and financial requirements
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities (residential & commercial)
- Provide insights on ROI, rental yield, and market trends
- Handle domestic & international property portfolios (Dubai projects preferred)
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term investors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Assist clients throughout the end-to-end investment process
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales / investment advisory
- Strong understanding of real estate market & investment concepts
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Ability to analyze investment opportunities
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Graduation (preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling HNI / NRI clients
- Knowledge of international real estate markets (Dubai is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
