Pre-Sales Manager Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and monitor the pre-sales team to ensure timely customer engagement and achievement of targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to identify potential customers, generate quality leads, and improve conversion opportunities.
- Ensure prompt response to inquiries, conduct initial customer discussions, and support the sales team in qualifying prospects.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on leads, site visits, conversions, team performance, and sales pipeline status.
- Develop and implement effective pre-sales processes, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
