Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate TNPSC Trainer to provide high-quality coaching for candidates preparing for Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) examinations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the TNPSC syllabus, strong teaching abilities, and a commitment to helping students achieve success in competitive examinations.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions for TNPSC aspirants.
- Teach subjects including General Studies, General Tamil, Aptitude & Mental Ability, Current Affairs, Indian Polity, History, Geography, Economics, and Science.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests.
- Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and preparation techniques.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Provide doubt-clearing sessions and personalized guidance.
- Stay updated with TNPSC syllabus changes, exam patterns, and current affairs.
- Motivate and mentor students throughout their preparation journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TNPSC Group I, Group II, Group IIA, Group IV, and other competitive examination syllabi.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil.
- Prior experience in TNPSC coaching or competitive exam training preferred.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver engaging sessions.
- Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in creating study materials and conducting mock examinations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a TNPSC Trainer in a coaching institute.
- Successful track record of guiding students in competitive examinations.
- Knowledge of both online and offline teaching methodologies.
- Ability to teach multiple TNPSC subjects effectively.
