ATZ Medappz Pvt. Ltd. is the parent company of Branding Pioneers, one of India's growing healthcare marketing agencies. We work with hospitals, doctors, clinics and healthcare brands across digital marketing, websites, SEO, social media, branding and AI-powered marketing solutions.
We are looking for an execution-first HR professional who can build strong teams, maintain discipline and ensure high performance across the organization.
This is not a traditional HR role. Your success will be measured by the quality of people you hire, how productive the team becomes, and how quickly you solve people-related problems.
What You'll Be DoingRecruitment & Hiring
- Hire for marketing, design, SEO, websites, performance marketing, content, AI and operations roles.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Be comfortable with fast hiring whenever business requires it.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality candidates.
- Maintain relationships with recruiters, colleges and industry professionals.
Team Performance
- Check every employee's work regularly.
- Review deliverables before they reach clients.
- Conduct QA/QC across departments.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Identify poor performers early.
- Work with managers to improve employee performance.
- Create Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) wherever required.
- Recommend exits if performance does not improve.
Accountability
We need someone who is comfortable making difficult decisions.
You should be able to:

- Speak your mind respectfully.
- Challenge teams when standards are not being met.
- Work under pressure without compromising quality.
- Make hiring and separation decisions based on business needs.

Marketing Understanding
You don't have to execute campaigns, but you must understand how marketing teams work.

- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Marketing
- Healthcare Marketing
This helps you hire the right people and evaluate their work effectively.
Employer Branding & Internal Culture
- Create HR and company-related social media content.
- Showcase company culture through videos and posts.
- Plan employee engagement activities.
- Organize team outings, celebrations and internal events.
- Build a workplace people enjoy while maintaining accountability.
Operations
- Conduct daily follow-ups with teams.
- Maintain attendance and productivity reports.
- Ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare weekly reports for leadership.
- Coordinate with department heads to improve team efficiency.
Preferred Background
We would strongly prefer candidates who have experience in one of the following:
- HR in a Digital Marketing Agency
- HR in a Healthcare Marketing Agency
- Healthcare professional transitioning into HR or Operations
- MBA (HR or Marketing)
- BBA + MBA
- Prior internships in recruitment, operations or agency environments
Candidates with an existing network of digital marketing professionals, especially those with healthcare marketing experience, will be given preference.
