Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in the Printing and Signage Industry. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a solid understanding of print production processes, and experience creating artwork for commercial printing, large-format printing, and signage applications. The candidate should be able to develop high-quality designs while ensuring files are production-ready and meet client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative artwork for commercial printing, signage, branding, and marketing materials.
- Create designs for brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, posters, vehicle graphics, hoardings, exhibition displays, stickers, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, bleed, crop marks, color profiles, and resolution.
- Develop layouts according to client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure artwork is technically accurate and production-ready.
- Modify and revise designs based on customer feedback.
- Ensure quality control of artwork before sending files for printing or fabrication.
- Handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized design files and project documentation.
- Stay updated with design trends, printing technologies, and signage materials.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the Printing and Signage Industry (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of commercial printing and large-format printing processes.
- Experience in preparing print-ready files for digital, offset, and large-format printing.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- CorelDRAW (Preferred)
- Adobe Acrobat
- Good understanding of:
- CMYK & RGB color modes
- Bleed, crop marks, and print specifications
- Vinyl cutting and signage production
- Large-format printing
- Offset & Digital Printing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience designing for retail branding, corporate branding, and advertising.
- Knowledge of signage fabrication materials and installation requirements.
- Creative thinking with excellent typography and layout skills.
- Basic knowledge of photo editing and image retouching.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
