About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our recruitment team. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment operations, making it an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact potential candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and onboarding.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Support the HR team with recruitment and administrative activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR), BBA, MSW, or any related HR qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Forms.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong interest in Human Resource Management and Recruitment.
