Minerva Defence Institute is inviting applications for the position of Mathematics Faculty for NDA coaching. We are looking for experienced and dedicated educators who can deliver strong conceptual learning and help defence aspirants excel in the NDA examination.
Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Deliver concept-based lectures in Mathematics as per NDA syllabus
- Topics include:
- Algebra
- Trigonometry
- Coordinate Geometry
- Calculus (Basic Level)
- Mensuration
- Statistics & Probability
- Prepare structured study material, notes, assignments, and test papers
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions
- Track student progress and provide academic guidance
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure effective learning outcomes
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in Mathematics or related discipline is mandatory
- Experience: Prior experience in NDA / competitive exam coaching will be preferred
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Dehradun will be given preference

- Strong command over mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques
- Ability to teach in a clear, simple, and structured manner
- Good communication and student-handling skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate defence aspirants
