ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate and industry-savvy Generative AI Instructor to join our growing team. This is not a traditional teaching role — this is a high-impact, future-forward position where you will be at the forefront of AI education, empowering both corporate professionals and individual learners to understand, adopt, and thrive with Generative AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Deliver engaging live sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and corporate training programs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adapt training approaches for diverse learner groups, including freshers, homemakers, corporate professionals, and business leaders.
- Facilitate webinars, panel discussions, cohort-based learning programs, and 1:1 mentoring sessions.
Curriculum & Content Development
- Design and develop industry-aligned Generative AI curricula and learning pathways.
- Create training materials including presentations, assignments, projects, case studies, quizzes, and capstone projects.
- Develop prompt libraries, AI workflows, hands-on labs, and code notebooks for practical learning.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and customize learning strategies for individuals and corporate cohorts.
- Continuously update content to reflect emerging GenAI trends and technologies.
Technical Instruction
- Train learners on LLMs including GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, and other open-source models.
- Teach Prompt Engineering techniques such as Zero-shot, Few-shot, Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, and Structured Prompting.
- Guide learners in building RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, ChromaDB, Pinecone, and FAISS.
- Deliver hands-on training on AI Agents and multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and n8n.
- Instruct learners on developing AI applications using Python, FastAPI, Streamlit, Hugging Face, and Ollama.
LMS & Learning Operations
- Manage course content and learner journeys through LMS platforms such as Moodle, Teachable, and Thinkific.
- Monitor learner progress, assessments, completion rates, and training effectiveness.
- Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations and prepare stakeholder reports with learning insights.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts: Transformers, Attention Mechanisms, Tokenization, Fine-tuning, RLHF, RAG, Embeddings, and Vector Databases.
- Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Meta LLaMA, Mistral, and open-source models.
- Expertise in Prompt Engineering and AI agent development.
- Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, LangChain, OpenAI SDK, Hugging Face Transformers, FastAPI, and Streamlit.
- Experience with AI productivity and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, NotebookLM, Zapier, Make, and n8n.
- Excellent facilitation, instructional design, curriculum development, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to simplify complex AI concepts for diverse audiences and deliver impactful learning experiences.
- Data Visualization and analysis tools : PowerBi , Excel, SQL , Tableau
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
