Key Responsibilities
Account Management
· Manage a defined portfolio of existing distributors /customers.
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Eisco’s product lines
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all business and service-related matters.
· Maintain regular communication and conduct quarterly business reviews with key customers.
· Resolve issues related to orders, backorders, shipments, and payments promptly.
· Ensure distributors are well-trained and updated on new products and promotions.
Commercial & Operational Management
· Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, and customer service) for smooth order execution.
· Track receivables and ensure timely collection in line with company credit policies.
Market Insights & Reporting
· Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing movements.
· Gather feedback from customers and share actionable insights for product development and marketing.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree (Science, Engineering preferred only) with MBA in Sales & Marketing (Mandatory)
· 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within laboratory supplies, scientific instruments, or industrial products. Freshers may apply
· Proven track record in managing distributor networks or institutional clients.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Analytical and data-driven approach to account planning.
· Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools.
