- 1–5 years of experience in structural steel construction, PEB, or industrial construction projects.
- Sound knowledge of structural fabrication and erection activities.
- Ability to manage site labour, subcontractors, and daily work execution efficiently.
- Client handling and coordination skills.
- Experience in preparing and submitting daily progress reports (DPRs).
- Knowledge of site measurements, quantity verification, and billing measurements.
- Awareness of material stock, site inventory, and material requirement planning.
- Ability to coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely material availability.
- Familiarity with construction safety practices and quality standards.
- Willingness to work at project sites and adapt to flexible working hours based on project requirements.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
