Job Summary
Homsy Retail LLP is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Salespersons to assist customers, drive sales, maintain product displays, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in our homeware, kitchenware, crockery, and small appliances retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, shelves, and store cleanliness.
- Handle billing support, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints professionally.
- Support promotional activities and in-store events.
- Follow company policies and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Prior retail sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday
- Weekly Off: 1 day per week, scheduled between Monday and Friday as decided by management.
- Shift Timing: 10 AM to 9 PM.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
