Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Present and promote company products/services clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up consistently, and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or tracking systems.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate to close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or inside sales (any industry).
- Proven experience in B2C and/or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain product benefits clearly and confidently.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under target pressure.
- Good listening skills and strong objection-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
