- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and technical approaches.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Analog Layout.
- Strong understanding of circuit design principles and layout techniques.
- Experience with electronic design automation tools for layout and verification.
- Ability to interpret and implement design specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with signal integrity and parasitic extraction methodologies.
- Skilled in troubleshooting layout-related issues and optimizing designs for performance and manufacturability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Analog Layout.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
