Job Summary:
We are hiring a Production Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing/production operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily production activities
- Improve process efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, quality, logistics)
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain production reports and documentation
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
- 3–5 years of relevant production experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in automotive or plastic manufacturing
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
- Good communication and teamwork skills
