Senior Analyst - Editor and Internal Communication

The team supports, develops, writes, and presents market intelligence outputs for internal practitioners across the globe, powering Deloitte’s market strategies with insights.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Analyst, Editor and Internal Communication on the Global Strategic Insights Center team, you will be responsible for editing, refining, and strengthening business intelligence outputs for internal Deloitte audiences.
- Edit research deliverables to improve business writing, structure, clarity, and conciseness.
- Proofread assigned content to deliver accurate, error-free final outputs.
- Help analysts sharpen key messages, elevate insights, and strengthen story flow for executive audiences.
- Coach team members on concise, neutral business writing and identify opportunities to improve content quality.
- Support editorial process adherence, provide post-review feedback, and track analyst development areas and key performance indicators.
The team
Global Strategic Insights Center (GSIC) provides secondary research and analysis services to global Deloitte Member Firms supporting pursuit, business development, practice development, and client engagements. The team uses exclusive sources, specialized research skills, and industry expertise to develop insightful research reports, delivering significant value to customers across Deloitte’s global network. Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in English, linguistics, English literature, journalism, mass communication, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in business editing, business research writing, technical writing, journalism, or publishing
- Experience editing business, finance, economics, or research content for professional audiences
- Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience reviewing content for structure, grammar, consistency, and clarity
- Experience developing or editing content for executive-level audiences
Preferred:
- Experience with storyboarding for reports or presentations
- Experience in market intelligence, business research, or internal communications
- Experience coaching writers or analysts on business writing
- Experience tracking performance metrics or development indicators for team members
- Experience in marketing, public relations, or communications environments
