Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Hardware & Network Engineer who will handle on-site installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT and security infrastructure such as CCTV systems, networking equipment, access control, and structured cabling.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in the field, interacting with clients, and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform LAN/WAN setup, crimping, patching, and structured cabling.
- Troubleshoot hardware, networking, and connectivity issues on client sites.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare installation reports.
- Coordinate with the project and support team for smooth execution.
- Provide technical support and training to end users if required.
- Ensure timely completion of installations and service calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Computer Hardware / Networking / Electronics or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hardware & networking (field work preferred).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, IP configuration, CCTV setup, and basic routing.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license (mandatory for field visits).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
