We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automobile service workshop. The candidate will be responsible for managing technicians, ensuring high service quality, improving workshop productivity, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day workshop operations efficiently.
Monitor vehicle repair and service activities to ensure timely delivery.
Lead and supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
Maintain workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Monitor spare parts consumption and coordinate with the parts department.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports.
Ensure proper maintenance of workshop tools and equipment.
Achieve service revenue, labor sales, and customer retention targets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
3–8 years of experience in automobile workshop/service operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair processes.
Proficiency in DMS and basic computer applications.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
