We're looking for a talented Email Designer to join our growing team. If you're passionate about creating visually engaging, conversion-focused email campaigns and have a strong eye for design, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing, high-converting email campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Create promotional, seasonal, product launch, and lifecycle email designs, including:
- Welcome Emails
- Abandoned Cart Emails
- Post-Purchase Emails
- Win-Back Emails
- Promotional & Holiday Campaigns
- Design responsive email layouts optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
- Develop email graphics, banners, icons, GIFs, and other creative assets for marketing
campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and the marketing team to produce compelling email campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all email communications.
- Optimize email layouts for readability, user experience, and click-through performance.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure emails display correctly across major email clients and devices.
- Organize and maintain design assets, templates, and reusable components for efficient
workflow.
- Stay updated on email design trends, accessibility standards, and email client best practices.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Email Design or Graphic Design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or other professional design software.
- Experience designing responsive email layouts with strong attention to typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong knowledge of branding, color theory, layout design, and conversion-focused creative principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across campaigns.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
- Fluent English communication skills are required.
