Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of lead Consultant Customer MDM Developer Develop configure maintain and enhance Customer Master Data Management (MDM) solutions on Informatica IDMC platform. Ensure data quality integrity and seamless integration across enterprise systems while supporting operational and enhancement activities for customer-related data domain. Responsibilities: - Design and implement customer data models hierarchies and master data governance rules in C360 (Customer 360) - Develop and maintain data integration flows transformation logic and validation rules within IDMC (CDI/CAI) - Build and optimize customer data workflows enrichment processes and survivorship logic - Troubleshoot and resolve customer data quality issues perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures - Execute enhancement requests: new customer attributes validation rules UI improvements and integration expansions - Support bulk upload operations data migration and mapping table management for customer entities - Collaborate with data stewards and business stakeholders on customer data governance and audit requirements - Perform testing regression analysis and validate changes in Dev/Test environments before production deployment - Create and maintain technical documentation runbooks and process maps for customer MDM operations - Participate in L1/L2 incident triage and resolution for customer data issues
