Job Description – Faculty (Civil Engineering)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical sessions in Civil Engineering and Building Construction.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, presentations, and assessments.
- Conduct technical workshops and skill development sessions.
- Train non-technical employees on Civil Engineering and Building Construction fundamentals to enhance cross-functional understanding.
- Develop simple and effective training modules for corporate teams.
- Evaluate trainee performance and maintain training records.
- Coordinate with departments to identify and address training needs.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).
- 2–5 years of teaching experience in Civil Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering fundamentals and building construction.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office will be an added advantage.
