Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative English Teacher to teach students from Classes 1–7. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a child-friendly teaching approach, and the confidence to deliver engaging lessons both in the classroom and on camera for digital learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to students of Classes 1–7 following the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Create interactive and age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Record and deliver high-quality video lessons in the studio.
- Host and conduct YouTube/live online classes with confidence.
- Collaborate with the academic content team to develop digital learning materials.
- Maintain classroom discipline and support students' overall language development.
Qualifications
- TTC (Teacher Training Certificate) or D.El.Ed. (Diploma in Elementary Education) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in primary classes is an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Confident and presentable in front of the camera.
- Basic knowledge of online teaching tools and digital content creation.
