- Oversee HR activities for over 200 employees across unskilled, semi-skilled and skilled qualifications
- Source candidates through recruitment agencies and online portals on job vacancies at the company’s manufacturing facilities
- Shortlist CVs and conduct first-round interviews of candidates
- Maintain employee documentation across lifecycle from joining to F&F
- Coordinating between Employee & PF Consultant.
- Oversee record-keeping of attendance and leave management for payroll
- Coordinate with internal teams to organize training programs for new employees
- Organize quarterly/annual performance reviews and setting performance targets
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi and English
- Prior experience in working with union and non-union employees
- Good time management and organization skills
- Total experience: 2+ years in a manufacturing company
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
