We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Analytics Executive to support the HR function through data-driven insights and reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating HR dashboards, analyzing workforce data, preparing MIS reports, and generating actionable insights to support business decisions.
Only local candidates from Ambala, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Dera Bassi, Rajpura, and nearby locations will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Analyze recruitment, attrition, headcount, attendance, and manpower data.
- Monitor HR KPIs and present actionable insights to management.
- Generate reports on hiring trends, employee turnover, absenteeism, and productivity.
- Automate HR reports and improve reporting efficiency.
- Support workforce planning through data analysis.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HRBP teams for data consolidation.
- Prepare presentations and management reports using HR metrics.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR MIS, or Workforce Analytics.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
