Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Professionals to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates should have a proven track record in B2B sales, software sales, ERP sales, or IT services sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and digital channels.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable business automation and technology solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, online demos, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with technical teams to prepare customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- MBA (Marketing), BBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
